Job Responsibilities

• As an Accountant cum PRO, your responsibilities will include:
• **Accounting & Finance:**
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Handle bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and audits.
• Prepare and submit tax filings and reports
• **PRO Key Responsibilities:**
• **Government Relations**:
• Liaise with government departments (such as immigration, labor, and municipal authorities) for permits, visas, and labor-related paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations and policies.
• Handle official correspondence with ministries, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
• **Visa and Labor Card Processing**:
• Manage the process of employee visas, work permits, and residency cards.
• Handle renewals, cancellations, and modifications of employee visas.
• Assist in processing family visa applications for employees.
• **Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:
• Ensure the company complies with local laws, including the renewal of trade licenses, company registration, and other legal requirements.
• Process and track renewals of company documents such as trade licenses and insurance.
