Role Overview
The employer is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities
- Handle accounting activities for shipping and maritime-related operations.
- Handle accounting activities for real estate and property management operations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense monitoring.
- Prepare feasibility studies and corporate tax work.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and account reconciliations.
- Manage multiple accounts and responsibilities independently.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting is required.
- Experience in shipping or maritime-related accounting is required.
- Experience in real estate or property management accounting is required.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting regulations is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
