Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices accurately and on time while meeting invoice processing goals and daily SLA targets.
• Code and record invoices in the accounting system.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment processing issues.
• Verify, classify, and record accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger and vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Facilitate invoice payments by contacting accounts payable teams and suppliers.
• Generate accounts payable aging reports, analysis, and action plans.
• Apply expense account and cost center mappings.
• Follow local tax and banking compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience with accounts payable concepts, practices, and procedures and SAP FICO is required.
• Fast data entry, technological proficiency, organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence are required.
• Strong analytical ability is needed to investigate, diagnose, and resolve invoice issues.
• The role requires independent and team-based work, critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work under strict timelines.
• Proficiency in English and readiness to work in shifts are required.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in commerce from a recognized university is required.
• The position typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.

Role Type Definitions

• Onsite roles work primarily onsite, while remote roles work primarily offsite from home.
• For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s responsibility.
