Take overall responsibility for the general ledger.
Complete the monthly accounts close on time and report to the Regional Finance Controller.
Perform all reconciliations.
Provide timely inputs to operations and senior management.
Participate in budget preparation and analysis.
Prepare tax computations and complete regulatory filings on time.
Manage supplier payments.
Handle receivable accounting, monitoring, and follow-up.
Prepare ad hoc reports.

A master's degree in accounting or a bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
A technical accounting qualification is desirable.
Semi-qualified candidates with a strong technical background may be considered.

Up to 5 years of experience in a reputable construction company is sought, preferably with public-private partnership exposure.
Initial experience in an audit or accountancy firm is preferred.
The candidate should be able to handle high-pressure reporting requirements.
Experience in an established ERP environment such as Oracle, Buildsmart, or SAP is required.
Advanced Excel knowledge is required.
Effective communication skills and English proficiency are required.
Arabic language skills are a plus.
