About the Role
Senior Accountant with 5+ years experience, including 3 years in a senior role. Must have UAE driving license, knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, and proficiency in Excel and Odoo ERP.

Responsibilities
- Finalize books of accounts independently
- Perform bank reconciliations and month end closing activities
- Process payroll and maintain monthly attendance/time records
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including invoicing, collections, aging analysis, and reconciliations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior Accountant role
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Ability to independently finalize books of accounts with minimal supervision
- Hands on experience in bank reconciliations and month end closing activities
- Experience in payroll processing and maintaining monthly attendance/time records
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH
- Fluent in Hindi (spoken)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with high accuracy

Qualifications

- Experience in payroll processing and maintaining monthly attendance/time records of employees
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, aging analysis, account reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, and other advanced formulas and reporting functions
- Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage, but not mandatory
Language & Communication
- Fluent in Hindi (spoken)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with high accuracy
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED5,000.00 per month
