About the Role
mTransform seeks a Senior Accountant in Abu Dhabi to manage end-to-end accounting operations across multiple entities. The role requires expertise in UAE financial regulations, IFRS reporting, taxation, and financial planning.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounting cycle from transaction recording through month end and year end close
- Prepare accurate and timely IFRS compliant financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
- Maintain general ledger integrity and chart of accounts
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations
- Handle intercompany accounting and eliminations across multiple entities
- Ensure financial records comply with IFRS and UAE statutory requirements
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns through EmaraTax
- Perform input VAT calculations and tax apportionment
- Manage VAT reconciliations and documentation
- Prepare Corporate Tax computations and filings
- Handle Corporate Tax registration and compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- CA / ACCA / CPA preferred
- 5–8+ years of accounting experience
- UAE accounting experience is mandatory
- Experience with multi entity accounting
- Strong understanding of IFRS
- UAE VAT and Corporate Tax experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage end to end accounting operations across multiple entities.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE financial regulations, IFRS reporting, taxation, and financial planning while supporting a fast paced organization operating across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience working with blockchain, digital assets, or tokenized assets is highly desirable.
