Job Summary
The role is for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant.
A minimum of 6–7 years of relevant experience is required.
Experience in construction, trading, and real estate is preferred.
The position is located in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle bank, supplier, customer, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Manage accounting for construction projects, trading transactions, and real estate activities.
- Prepare project-wise cost reports, expense analysis, and profitability statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.
- Verify invoices, payment requests, purchase documents, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable accounting requirements.
Experience and Knowledge
- At least 6–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Industry experience in construction, trading, and real estate is preferred.
- Knowledge of the applicable legal structure is required.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable accounting requirements.
Pay
- Compensation is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
