The company is seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Accountant with solid accounting experience.
The role manages daily finances while improving processes, reporting, and financial controls as the business grows.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, and collections.
- Handle bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Manage supplier payments, expenses, and payroll.
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and support Corporate Tax compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and upcoming financial commitments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and audit documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, unnecessary costs, and opportunities to improve financial processes.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting practices.
- Confidence managing the full accounting cycle independently.
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded approach.
- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to bring new ideas and improve existing processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, trading, merchandise, manufacturing, or another fast-growing SME is advantageous.
Pay
- Pay starts from AED 5,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
