Job Summary
Manage financial accounting, cost control, and revenue reconciliation for a growing restaurant group.
The role requires expertise in F&B operations, including COGS, inventory, labor costs, and third-party delivery aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and reconcile weekly and monthly delivery-platform payouts, commissions, delivery fees, and refunds against POS data and bank deposits.
- Perform COGS analysis, recipe costing, theoretical-versus-actual usage tracking, and store-level inventory variance audits.
- Lead month-end and year-end closures and prepare store-by-store P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and intercompany allocations.
- Oversee accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, and daily restaurant cash drop controls.
- Prepare local tax filings, including VAT or sales tax and payroll filings, and support internal and external audits.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA qualification is preferred.
- At least 4 years of accounting experience is stated, with 3 years also listed as required.
- Proven restaurant or F&B sector experience and third-party aggregator reconciliation experience are required.
- Hands-on ERP and restaurant POS experience is required.
