Role Overview
Urgent requirement for a Senior Accountant at a company described as Virgo Specialties Private Limited.

Qualifications
- CA Inter qualification is required.
- Three to five years of experience is required.
Accounting and Reporting
- Maintain books of accounts and monitor timely preparation and submission of monthly financial MIS.
- Prepare company financial statements according to Schedule III requirements and Ind AS compliances.
- Prepare fixed asset registers and fixed asset schedules at month-end and quarter-end.
- Prepare MIS reports for senior management.
Tax and Audit Compliance
- Prepare data for income tax, advance tax, TDS, and GST requirements, including deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Assist with statutory and tax audits within the required timeframe and liaise with auditors.
- Manage ROC/MCA compliance activities.
- Handle income tax scrutiny and assessment activities while coordinating with tax consultants.
