Job Summary
Urban Hive Real Estate is seeking a Senior Accountant with 6–8 years of accounting experience.
The role requires expertise in import/export accounting, UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, financial reporting, and trade-related transactions.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, and monthly reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
- Ensure UAE VAT compliance and prepare VAT returns.
- Manage import/export transactions, customs documentation, freight costs, and landed cost calculations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 6–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Experience in import/export accounting and UAE VAT.
