We’re looking for an Account Manager who is structured, proactive, and serious about turning ideas into execution.
This role sits at the center of how Falak’s ecosystem translates internal needs into impactful marketing outcomes.
You’ll act as the strategic coordination link between departments and the Marketing team, ensuring clarity, alignment, and high-quality delivery across initiatives.

Turning Requests Into Execution
- Act as the coordination bridge between internal teams and Marketing.
- Lead alignment discussions to understand objectives, context, and expectations.
- Translate requests into clear, structured marketing briefs aligned with Falak’s direction.
- Planning with Purpose
- Build marketing execution plans including:
- Objectives and key messaging
- Target audience and channels
- Timeline and milestones
- KPIs and success metrics
- Ensure every request moves forward with clarity and structure.
Execution Coordination & Quality Control
- Coordinate task distribution within the Marketing team based on priorities and capacity.
- Follow up with designers, content creators, and digital stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines.
- Ensure outputs align with Falak’s brand identity, voice, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain transparent communication with departments.
- Provide progress updates and manage expectations throughout execution.
- Facilitate feedback loops and revisions efficiently.
- Recommend alternative approaches when needed to ensure objectives remain achievable.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Track campaign performance against defined KPIs.
- Gather structured feedback from stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and marketing processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong coordination and organizational mindset.
- Experience in marketing coordination, account management, project coordination, or ecosystem-facing roles.
- High attention to detail (yes, we notice the small things).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clarity.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
