Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of security services accounts and contracts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
- Support Site Supervisors and Operations teams to ensure service excellence
- Address client concerns and resolve escalations
- Coordinate staffing and operational support when required
- Monitor account performance and contract compliance
- Drive client retention and long term relationship growth
- Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual requirements
- Build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management, operations, or leadership experience within the contract security industry
- Experience managing security guard contracts and client accounts
- Strong understanding of security operations and service delivery
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience working closely with Site Supervisors, Operations Managers, and frontline personnel
- Strong communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Highly accountable and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client and site visits
