Requirements
- 3+ years of account management, operations, or leadership experience within the contract security industry
- Experience managing security guard contracts and client accounts
- Strong understanding of security operations and service delivery
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience working closely with Site Supervisors, Operations Managers, and frontline personnel
- Strong communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Highly accountable and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client and site visits

Senior Account Manager
- A growing security services organization is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of security service contracts and client relationships across the region.

The Role
- This is a highly visible, relationship driven position focused on the management and retention of security service contracts.
- You will spend significant time meeting with clients, visiting sites, supporting operations teams, and ensuring contractual commitments are being delivered to a high standard.
- This is not a behind the desk account management role.
You Will Be Responsible For
