Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients and partners at both operational and senior levels
- Take commercial ownership of accounts and shape their strategic direction
- Run regular business reviews, providing data led insights and recommendations
- Own client retention, renewals, and development of long term strategic partnerships
- Support commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and proposal development
- Represent AP Companies at client meetings, industry events and conferences
- Ensure operational delivery aligns with commercial commitments to improve client outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and deliver exceptional service
- Lead, support and coordinate the Account Management team
- Allocate and prioritize workload across the team based on business and client requirements; monitor team performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role in international health insurance, travel insurance, assistance, TPA or healthcare management
- Experience designing and managing client facing processes with focus on SLA adherence and compliance
- Previous experience leading or coordinating a team
- Highly organized, proactive, and confident juggling multiple work streams
- Commercial awareness and client focused mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem solving abilities
- Fluent English required

Role Overview
- The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in managing and developing strategic client relationships across international markets.
