About the Role

  • Reporting to the Group Account Director, the Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of key accounts and projects with a focus on shopper marketing strategy and retail trade activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthening and expanding relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Taking client briefs and developing creative and strategic solutions.
  • Researching all facets of marketing to support client briefs.
  • Assisting development of key accounts and providing strategic input into campaign development.
  • Communicating project goals and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Trafficking communication through departments to aid development of creative, strategy, POS, marketing collateral and premiums.
  • Planning and executing events, including product launches and brand activations.
  • Ensuring jobs are completed to an impeccable standard.
  • Leading, assisting, and participating in client presentations.
  • Building strong relationships with team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing (preferably Shopper Marketing/Trade Marketing) in an Account Manager role.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Positive, passionate, and a great communicator.
  • Supportive team member with initiative.
  • Extensive experience with Shopper Marketing, including developing strategies and executing campaigns.
  • Managing events from initiation to completion.
  • Understanding consumer purchasing behavior.
  • Extremely organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to respond quickly, problem solve and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Dedicated, hardworking, committed to excellent client service.
