Our client, a fast-growing marketing agency, seeks a Senior Account Manager to drive shopper marketing and retail trade activation strategies for leading Middle East brands. You will manage key accounts, develop creative solutions, and execute events.

Responsibilities
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Take client briefs and develop creative and strategic solutions with support from Account Directors, Account Managers, and design team
- Research all facets of marketing to support and assist in execution of client briefs
- Assist development of key accounts and provide strategic input into campaign development
- Communicate with clients and internal/external stakeholders project goals and ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Traffic communication through departments to aid development of creative, strategy, POS, marketing collateral, and premiums
- Plan and execute events, including product launches and brand activations
- Ensure jobs are completed to an impeccable standard
- Lead, assist, and participate in client presentations, responding to briefs, concepts, and initiatives
- Build strong relationships with team members to establish sound working relationships
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, preferably Shopper Marketing/Trade Marketing, in an Account Manager role
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Extensive experience with Shopper Marketing, including developing strategies and executing campaigns
- Experience managing events from initiation to completion
- Understanding consumer purchasing behavior
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve and prioritize
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments

About the Role
- Reporting to the Group Account Director, the Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of key accounts and projects with a focus on shopper marketing strategy and retail trade activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthening and expanding relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Taking client briefs and developing creative and strategic solutions.
- Researching all facets of marketing to support client briefs.
- Assisting development of key accounts and providing strategic input into campaign development.

Qualifications
- Experience in marketing (preferably Shopper Marketing/Trade Marketing) in an Account Manager role.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
