Role Overview

  • Lenzo Digital is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, digital planning and account delivery.
  • This is an agency client service role connecting clients with strategy, creative, media and production teams.
  • The successful candidate will own assigned accounts, turn business objectives into clear briefs and digital plans, protect agreed scope and timelines, and support client retention and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day to day relationships with assigned clients and understand their business objectives, brands and approval processes
  • Lead client meetings, document decisions and maintain clear follow up on approvals, dependencies and deliverables
  • Manage expectations regarding scope, timelines, feedback cycles, budgets and urgent requests
  • Develop monthly digital and social media directions, content themes and campaign recommendations
  • Write clear briefs for creative, copywriting, motion, media and production teams
  • Coordinate workflows from client brief through internal delivery, quality review and final approval
  • Review content plans, campaign assets, captions, media plans, reports and client presentations before submission
  • Work with media specialists on campaign objectives, budgets, targeting, KPIs, optimization and performance learning
  • Translate campaign and social media results into clear recommendations and next actions
  • Identify scope extensions, cross selling opportunities, retainer development opportunities and renewal risks
  • Support proposals, quotations, scope clarifications and commercial discussions
  • Guide junior account team members and maintain high standards of communication, documentation and accountability

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline
  • Five to six years of relevant experience, including strong agency side account management or client servicing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, deadlines and cross functional teams
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content planning, paid media fundamentals, reporting metrics and campaign workflows
  • Ability to translate client objectives into practical digital strategies and creative briefs
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, expectation management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, documentation and follow up
  • Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English
  • Comfortable working primarily on site in Jeddah
