Senior Account Manager - Digital Marketing

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal teams to support successful campaign delivery.
• Manage client communication, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct client meetings and provide performance updates and recommendations.
• Monitor account performance and identify upselling and account-growth opportunities.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively.
• Work with SEO, PPC, social media, content, and other delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate account records, action items, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Account Management or Client Success experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and paid advertising services.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong client relationship management, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Dubai.

Compensation

• AED 6,000–7,000 per month, based on experience and suitability for the role.
