Role Description
Part-time, on-site Senior Account Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
Manage key client relationships and drive the success of digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality services on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client accounts and understand client objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations primarily in Arabic.
- Identify account growth opportunities and respond to client inquiries.
- Support conflict resolution and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams on campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Proven account management or client services experience in marketing, media, or related industries, ideally in the MENA region.
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and strong English proficiency for business communication.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, performance marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
- Comfort working on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- CRM tools, project management software, and common digital marketing platforms are beneficial.
