In addition to strategic account management, the Senior Account Manager serves as the primary focal point of contact for the customer and is responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day account activities.
This includes managing the complete operational cycle, from receiving customer requirements and coordinating orders through execution and delivery to the customer, as well as coordinating the return of equipment to the shop for inspection, maintenance, and service.
He ensures effective communication and coordination between the customer and internal teams throughout the entire process, addressing operational requirements, priorities, and issues to support timely execution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
