Role Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive B2B software sales and build strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Understand client needs and position suitable software solutions.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Work with internal teams to support solution design and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecast updates in CRM.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology solution sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing mid market or enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and present value based solutions.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud, fintech, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Knowledge of consultative or solution based selling.
  • Existing network within target industries is an advantage.

Working Arrangement

  • On site role with one work from home day per week.
  • Flexibility required for business trips, client meetings, and external sales activities.
