About the Role
The Senior Account Executive will run mid-size client projects, provide media intelligence and insights, and collaborate with PR, Internal Communication, Digital Media, and Press Office teams.
The role requires creative problem solving and forward-looking identification of digital and social trends for client use.
What You'll Do
- Provide media intelligence, analysis, trend-development insights, and advice on client impact.
- Support crisis preparedness activities, including drills, messaging, and monitoring.
- Prepare event content by researching and vetting speakers, attendees, and participants.
- Research and recommend actions for public relations opportunities, stakeholder inquiries, reputational matters, and emerging issues.
- Support reputation management through monitoring, research, analysis, and communications recommendations.
- Coordinate client external newsletter content, stakeholder distribution lists, and timely dissemination.
- Assess emerging trends, topics, and speakers to position client events and initiatives.
- Support daily Public Relations department operations and contribute to meetings and discussions.
- Manage client expectations, service delivery, project status presentations, and team communications.
- Develop analysis, creative ideas, strategies, and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Write and edit a range of communications materials with minimal editing required.
- Act in accordance with company policies and procedures.
What You'll Need
- 3–5 years of related, client-facing industry experience managing the development or delivery of strong work.
- Experience across several accounts, ideally with corporate brand-focused programmes.
- Ability to deliver work on budget and on time with accountability and a calm, confident presence.
- Strong research, analysis, and trend-identification skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills; bilingual Arabic and English proficiency is favourable.
- Curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning.
