Role overview
The Senior Account Executive will run mid-size client projects, provide media intelligence and insights, and collaborate with PR, internal communication, digital media, and press office teams.
The role requires creative problem solving and the ability to identify and apply digital and social trends for clients.
Role responsibilities
- Provide media intelligence, analysis, trend insights, crisis preparedness support, reputation management, and communications recommendations.
- Support event content, stakeholder research, external newsletters, client presentations, campaigns, and project status reporting.
- Manage client expectations, service delivery, team communication, project operations, and solutions to client problems.
- Write and edit materials, contribute to meetings, and support strategic positioning of client events and initiatives.
Required qualifications and experience
- 3–5 years of related, client-facing industry experience managing the development or delivery of strong work.
- Experience across several accounts with a corporate brand focus is ideal.
- Strong research, analysis, trend identification, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver work on budget and on time with accountability and a calm, confident presence.
- Arabic and English bilingual proficiency is favourable.
