About The Role

  • The Senior Account Executive will drive business growth and expand customer base in Oil & Gas and MRD sectors.
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and leading the sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Articulate how AI solutions address Oil & Gas and MRD pain points.
  • Maintain understanding of Saudi market and key sectors.
  • Stay aware of competitor activity and market trends.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build technical and business content for proposals.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision makers.
  • Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Update CRM tools with accurate forecasts.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas and MRD, preferably in AI, Data analytics, and SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and value driven sales.
  • Experience in account management and customer success.
  • Strong network within Oil & Gas and MRD is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.

KPIs

  • Revenue growth.
  • Number of new clients acquired and retained.
  • Customer satisfaction (loyalty, renewal rate).
  • Sales pipeline quality and conversion rate.
  • Expansion of relationships within key accounts.
