- Support and manage social media accounts across government, health, consumer and corporate clients
- Assist in the planning, scheduling and publishing of content across key platforms
- Work with internal teams to translate ideas into social first content
- Support community management, social listening and reporting
- Help deliver always on content calendars and campaign bursts
- Track performance and contribute to insights and reporting
- Support client communication and day to day social media coordination
Requirements
- Experience in social media, digital content or communications (agency or in house)
- Exposure to government, health, consumer brands or corporate / B2B is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working across multiple accounts and deadlines
- A natural interest in content, trends and platform behaviour
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
