About the Role
Leadex Systems is looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead enterprise sales of Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom development solutions in the Middle East. The role requires 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience and a strong network in the region.

Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure high value enterprise clients in need of Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom development solutions
- Understand client business needs and present tailored solutions using Salesforce and MuleSoft to drive digital transformation
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry research
- Establish and nurture strong, long term relationships with C suite executives (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, and Digital Transformation leaders)
- Collaborate with pre sales architects and technical teams to develop client proposals, technical roadmaps, and business cases
- Lead negotiations around contract terms, pricing negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
- Work closely with implementation, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handovers and project execution
- Attend and drive RFP processes for large scale customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within Salesforce, MuleSoft, or other enterprise software solutions
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in high value, complex sales cycles
- Experience engaging with C suite executives and senior IT decision makers
- Ability to lead complex sales processes, including stakeholder engagement, objection handling, and deal negotiations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical solutions in a business oriented manner
- Consultative and strategic mindset with ability to position solutions based on business outcomes
- Fluent Arabic (strong plus)

- Solution selling: Understand client business needs and present tailored solutions using Salesforce and MuleSoft to drive digital transformation.
- Sales pipeline management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry research to maintain consistent revenue growth.
- Client engagement & Relationship management: Establish and nurture strong, long term relationships with C suite executives (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, and Digital Transformation leaders) at key enterprise organizations.
- Consultative selling: Collaborate with pre sales architects and technical teams to develop client proposals, technical roadmaps, and business cases.
- Negotiation & Contract closure: Lead negotiations around contract terms, pricing negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within Salesforce, MuleSoft, or other enterprise software solutions.

- Experience engaging with C suite executives and senior IT decision makers.
