Role Description
The Senior Account Executive role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role oversees client accounts, serves as a primary contact, and coordinates strategic communications projects across crisis, reputation, and corporate initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, prepare briefs and proposals, and support communication strategy development.
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time and monitor project performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and contribute to new business development.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, stakeholder communication, expectation-setting, and issue-resolution skills.
- Experience in strategic communications, preferably in crisis, reputation, or corporate communications.
- Project and account management proficiency, including multidisciplinary coordination and deadline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefs, reports, presentations, and client materials.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex situations and actionable recommendations.
- Professionalism, discretion, and resilience in sensitive or high-pressure matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced qualifications, agency or advisory experience, and Middle East market familiarity are advantageous.
