Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role oversees key client relationships and coordinates lighting projects from proposal through delivery.
The position ensures solutions meet agreed specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and track project progress.
- Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and manufacturing sites.
- Monitor account performance and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support contract negotiations.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with operations and technical teams to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated account management or client service experience in B2B environments is required.
- Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder communication, and customer-retention skills are required.
- Applicants should be able to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
- Competence in project coordination, planning, basic commercial analysis, timelines, budgets, and documentation is required.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Additional regional language skills are advantageous.
- On-site work in Abu Dhabi and collaboration across cross-functional and cross-border teams are required.
- International or multi-factory operations experience and basic lighting or electrical knowledge are beneficial.
