Responsibilities
- Advise students on university selection, program fit, and application strategy for study in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe
- Guide students through the full admissions cycle: documentation, personal statements, applications, and student visa requirements
- Lead study abroad development initiatives and represent Unistudent at education fairs
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities and institutions across target destinations
- Support marketing efforts to promote study abroad programs and attract prospective students
- Track application deadlines and ensure timely, accurate submissions
- Mentor and support junior academic consultants
- Stay current on admissions trends, university requirements, and visa regulations across destination countries
- Meet individual and team targets for student placements and satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as an academic consultant or admissions advisor for study in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and/or Europe
- Hands on experience with student visa processes and requirements
- Experience in study abroad development, education fairs, and marketing
- Track record of creating and managing university partnerships
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus
- Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously with attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Bachelor's degree required; a background in education, counseling, or international relations is a plus

- We're hiring a Senior Academic Consultant to work alongside our academic consulting team, advising students on university admissions and study abroad opportunities.
- You'll manage a portfolio of students end to end — from initial assessment through application submission and enrollment — while mentoring junior consultants and helping refine our advising processes.

Compensation
