Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Senior 3ds Max Instructor specializing in Character Modeling & Animation (3ds Max only).
The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, engaging course content aimed at teaching advanced character modeling and animation techniques.
Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering virtual classes, mentoring students, reviewing their projects, and refining course materials.
Staying updated on industry trends and integrating the latest tools and practices into the curriculum is also a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in 3ds Max, including Character Modeling and Animation
- Strong instructional skills with experience teaching design or animation concepts to diverse learners
- Familiarity with storytelling, rigging, and texturing techniques
- Communication and mentoring skills to effectively support and guide students through their progress
- Ability to design engaging curricula and course content, both live and recorded
- Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus
- 4+ years of industry experience in character modeling and animation using 3ds Max
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Game Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
