About the Role
ATRYOS DMCC is looking for a hands-on SEM & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands. Requires 2-5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, strong analytical skills, and e-commerce background preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple e commerce brands
- Work with Search Campaigns, Shopping Ads, Performance Max Campaigns, Dynamic Remarketing
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, Revenue, Conversion Rate
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, audience testing, and campaign analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and implement performance improvements
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
- Optimize acquisition and retargeting campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and reporting tools
- Monitor conversion tracking accuracy and support implementation of tracking setups
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with internal marketing and creative teams
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience managing Search Campaigns, Shopping Ads, Performance Max Campaigns
- Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Conversion Tracking, Campaign Optimization, Performance Reporting
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing for ROAS and CPA
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with e commerce or DTC brands (preferred)
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) (preferred)
- Google Ads Certifications (preferred)

What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple e commerce brands.
- Work with Search Campaigns, Shopping Ads, Performance Max Campaigns, Dynamic Remarketing.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, Revenue, Conversion Rate.

Required Experience

- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Conversion Tracking, Campaign Optimization, Performance Reporting.

- AED 7,000 – AED 8,000 monthly salary
