About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide morning support to the individual, ensuring a smooth start to the day
- Assist with routine, transitions, and maintaining consistency
- Offer calm, clear guidance when plans change or when resistance occurs
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding attendance or schedule changes
- Create and maintain a supportive, respectful environment
- Follow established care plans and support strategies
