Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, intercom, and other ELV systems
- Lead and coordinate technical teams on site to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Plan daily work assignments, monitor project progress, and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to technicians
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in supervising security systems and ELV projects
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, intercom, and related security systems
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem solving skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to manage multiple projects and supervise field technicians effectively
- Self motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Available to join immediately

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Systems Technician Supervisor to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation
