Location: Ultimo, Sydney NSW Salary: $96,000 + Superannuation Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (50 hours per week)
MSS Security is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Supervisor to lead our team at a prestigious ABC client site in Ultimo, just minutes from Sydney CBD. About the Role
As the Security Supervisor, you will lead a team of approximately 15 Security Officers , ensuring the delivery of a professional, safe, and customer-focused security service. Working closely with both the client and MSS management, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and support a team of approximately 25 Security Officers locally and nationally.
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Oversee a National Control Room operations
- Maintain compliance with site procedures, policies, and statutory requirements.
