Role Description
The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.
The role oversees daily security operations, personnel, access control, policies, inspections, incident reporting, and coordination with operations and management.
The role includes staff training, emergency response, customer-facing security support, and continuous security process improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Security, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience in security supervision.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, safety requirements, emergency response, and risk assessment.
- Experience supervising security teams and monitoring site compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English is preferred.
