Security Supervisor

Supervise, lead, and support Security Officers on shift.

Coordinate rosters, payroll queries, and daily administration tasks.

Conduct patrols and ensure site security compliance.

Respond to alarms, incidents, behavioural issues, and emergencies.

Complete reports, logs, investigations, and shift handovers.

Operate security systems including Uniguard, CCTV, and access control.

Conduct inductions, contractor escorts, and delivery movements.

Promote professional standards, safety, and policy compliance.

Certificate III in Security Operations with current Security and Crowd Control Licence.

Current First Aid / CPR qualification.

Strong communication skills with confident report writing ability.

Competent computer skills across reports and security systems.

Current manual driver’s licence with strong reliability and fitness.

Previous hospital, healthcare, or high-risk site experience desirable.

Proven leadership or supervisory experience with conflict resolution skills.

Professional, calm under pressure, alert, and flexible with rotating rosters.
