Job Description
The Security Supervisor supports hotel security and facility safety operations in a hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols across interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Coordinate responses to fires, medical emergencies, security threats, and other incidents.
- Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards and Officers and provide performance guidance.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, and document findings.
- Promote adherence to workplace safety protocols and best practices among team members.
- Provide security backup and perform security officer responsibilities as required.
