Role Overview
The Security Supervisor supports hotel safety and security while helping provide a positive experience for guests and team members.
The role covers hotel premises, emergency response, incident investigation, team supervision, and workplace safety.
Typical Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Coordinate responses to fires, medical emergencies, security threats, and other incidents.
- Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards and Officers.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations, document findings, and maintain accurate security incident reports.
- Promote adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Provide security backup and perform Security Officer responsibilities as required.
