The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role oversees daily security operations across company facilities and designated project sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise security personnel, assign duties, and manage shift schedules.
- Monitor access control and ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Inspect premises regularly, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate incident response and prepare security reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external security providers.
- Promote safety awareness and continuously enhance security practices.
Qualifications
- Experience leading security teams and managing shift schedules is required.
- Knowledge of physical security, access control, surveillance systems, and incident response is required.
- Effective communication, reporting, briefing, and management coordination skills are required.
- A customer service mindset and professional interaction skills are required.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and handle confidential information responsibly is required.
- Familiarity with UAE security regulations is advantageous.
- Relevant security or safety certifications are beneficial.
