Security Store Detective

This role entails working for the Loss Prevention department in a covert role across an assigned area.

You will be deployed to our high-risk stores to identify and apprehend offenders for theft, while always being professional when dealing with conflict. The work of the Security Store Detective is crucial in the identification, apprehension and prosecution of criminals who target our stores.

You will also support your Security Team Leader by providing training, and development to our retail colleagues in Loss Prevention activity and department objectives.

Deployed to high-risk stores to identify and apprehend theft offenders.

Generate detailed incident reports and collate evidence to support criminal prosecutions.

Conducting training to support stores.

Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Completing surveillance operations across the retail / distribution network

Always adhere to company policies and guidelines.
