We are currently hiring a Security Site Supervisor in the Savannah, Ga. area.

The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring personnel perform their duties in accordance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions.

This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to site management.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned security personnel
• Assign patrol areas and monitor officer performance
• Train, mentor, and support new and existing security staff
• Enforce compliance with security protocols, post instructions, and safety policies
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors
• Observe, correct, and report hazards, incidents, and security concerns
• Ensure adherence to DSI and client-specific requirements
• Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures and manuals
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
