Security Site Manager Aviation

3+ years of security management or supervisory experience , preferably in an airport, aviation, transportation, or other highly regulated environment.

Proven experience leading and managing security teams .

Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management, investigations, and emergency response .

Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills .

Ability to coach employees, manage performance, and address workplace concerns professionally.

Experience with scheduling, reporting, client relations, and operational administration .

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and security reporting systems .

Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security technologies is an asset.

Professional presence with the ability to effectively represent Allied Universal and the airport client .

Ability to obtain and maintain the required airport security clearance/access credentials .

Ability to work outside regular hours when required by operational needs.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, organized, and results-driven security leader who takes ownership of the operation and leads by example.

You will be responsible for balancing team leadership, client expectations, aviation security requirements, and day-to-day operational demands , while ensuring a consistently high standard of security and service.
