Role Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Security Shift Supervisor at Distribution Centre to join our team in Delta,BC.
This position involves providing security and monitoring services 24/7, with a focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel and assets.
Provide professional security services across multiple posts within a high-volume at distribution facility, including Screening SP,access control, patrol, and surveillance operations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security officers during the assigned shift.
- Ensure proper coverage of all security posts and conduct shift briefings.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control, loading docks, and restricted areas.
- Conduct and coordinate interior and exterior patrols.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and medical situations.
- Enforce site security, safety, and access-control procedures.
- Prepare and review daily activity and incident reports.
- Communicate with site management, employees, contractors, and emergency responders.
- Provide professional customer service and maintain a visible security presence.
- Ensure proper shift handover and report outstanding issues.
Qualifications
- Valid BC Security Worker Licence required.
- Previous 3-4 year security experience required
- 1- 2 year supervisory experience is an asset.
- Distribution centre, warehouse, logistics, or Amazon experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CCTV, access control, alarms, and incident reporting.
- Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills.
