Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultation calls with new clients to assess security posture, infrastructure stack, compliance requirements, and objectives
- Provide guidance and recommendations for improving client security posture
- Develop high-level security programs consisting of technical, operational, and administrative controls
- Collaborate with clients to customize and refine security programs
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient security program creation
- Liaise with auditors to ensure alignment
- Maintain expertise across security frameworks and technologies
- Provide feedback to engineering team
- Partner with internal teams to translate security programs into implementations
Requirements
- 4+ years in information security, compliance, or audit
- Working knowledge of security best practices and major compliance frameworks
- Technical Account Management or client-facing experience
- Ability to understand client infrastructure and map security controls
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity
- Willingness to meet tight deadlines
Bonus Experience
- CISA, CISSP, or CISM certification
- Lead Auditor scope exposure
- Prior customer success, IT support, or technical support background
