Security Professional Flex Officer

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain orderly operations at the location.

Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
