Security Operations Center Operator

• Proficiency with video management systems, access control platforms, and building automation tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced security certifications or training preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in security operations, surveillance, dispatch, military, or emergency communications.
• Prior experience in private estate, luxury residential, HNWI, or executive protection environments desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for contingency support.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass an extensive background check, drug screen, MVR and sign a confidentiality agreement.

• Active security or executive protection certification.
• Familiarity with intelligence monitoring across OSINT, social media, and closed-source data.
• Experience coordinating with emergency services and vendor partners.

Compensation Range: $34.61 - $43.26 per hour
