People and Operations
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and supervise central station monitoring agents.
- Manage shift scheduling, performance management, workflow coordination, and daily monitoring operations.
- Set expectations and hold agents accountable to company and client standards.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
Monitoring and Incident Response
- Train agents on video monitoring, alarm response, client communication, report writing, and command center software.
- Review incident reports, logs, and communications for accuracy and completeness.
