Security Officer Retail Observant

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.

Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help support loss-prevention efforts and maintain orderly conditions.

Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.
