Security Officer Part Time Front Desk Check In

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and visitors at a luxury retail front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

Greet and screen visitors, verify appointments and/or credentials, issue visitor access materials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with location procedures.

Monitor access points, observe front-desk activity and security-related systems, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while assisting with directions, communications, and access control needs in a high-end retail environment.
