Security Officer Foot Patrol

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with property management and emergency responders as needed.

Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
